Happy Valentine's Day!

Well, it's been a while but I am back.  We made it through January this year without any catastrophies (if you don't believe me, check past January blogs).  For 3 years in a row, our beginnings to the New Year were horrible!  Chris is convinced it is because we did not start off the year with the typical black eyed peas and collards (for good luck and money).  I think he's convinced it works opposite for us.  So regardless of the reason, I'm happy we made it through!
Chris is now working for Wachovia-Wells Fargo and is so far enjoying it, which I am glad for.  He's been traveling a lot, but hopefully that will slow down in April. 
Alli is getting ready to turn 3, so I am in party planning mode...this year's theme: Caillou.  Let me tell you, it took me forever to find Caillou themed stuff...I think it is out of Canada.  Alli has already gone to 3 or her classmate's parties and is counting down until hers...she definitely understands the concept of presents!
We took Alli to her first Circus.  She really enjoyed it, especially the animal acts.  We enjoyed it too...I think it had been at least 25 years since either of us had been.
