Since Alli loves animals and milk, I thought I'd take her to the Happy Cow Creamery in Pelzer. They give tours of the farm on the back of a tractor, then you get to see them milking the cows and bottling the milk. At the end, they have a milk tasting. You can taste white milk, chocolate milk, strawberry milk, raw milk, and buttermilk. Since I am not a milk fan, I tasted none of them...but, it's neat to be able to see the cows the milk came from. Alli especially loved seeing the cows.

Happy Easter!
We went home to Columbia for Easter to visit with the grandparents. Alli was super excited about the Easter Bunny coming this year. When she woke up Easter morning she said "Easter bunny come today!" He surely had! The Easter Bunny brought Alli a Leap Frog Tag Junior and candy. Mimi and Papa and Gigi and Pappy also got Alli candy, so she'll be on a sugar high for a while!
Alli is now an expert on egg hunting. It only took her 1 time to figure it out, then she was a pro! It should be noted she only likes eggs with prizes in them...smart girl!
With the warm (hot) weather, has come pollen. It looks like Alli has the bad allergy genes from Chris. After being in the yellow haze of Columbia, Alli's allergies have gone haywire. She can hardly speak (she's so hoarse) and you can hear her breathing. She went to the doctor yesterday, and she is now on Singulair, Flonase, Zyrtec, and also a steroid...poor thing. Rain would be welcome anytime!!
